"The General Manager goes out of his way to be efficient, courteous and very helpful. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job though. I'm still here and will be extending my stay due to my work assignment here in Birmingham and would like to have the floors, bathroom and rugs cleaned at least once a week. I'm into my third week and they haven't been done yet."

This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Birmingham and 20 minutes from the Birmingham International Airport.

The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only.
